Arm / Tennis elbow / Golf elbow

The most common degenerative changes in the arms are neural and muscular changes that cause compression of nerves and blood vessels located between the muscles, tendons and ligaments. Too tight or inflamed muscles press on nerves and bring constant pain which ceases only occasionally.

Increased pressure and disrupted blood supply of a damaged area stimulates the nerve all the time and causes inflammation. Venous blood cannot flow freely from there. Often blood plasma and proteins flow into tissues and cause swelling. Prolonged interference in nerve function may result  in chronic disorder of the nerve cord. Such pathological conditions occur most often in people who work with computers or craftsmen.
