Low-level laser therapy for treatment of diseases in inner ear has been used in Germany from the end of 80-s by Witt and Dr. Lutz Wilden. It has also been used in many other countries, such as Italia, France, Switzerland, Hungary, USA, Russia etc. Dr. Lutz Wilden from Germany treated inner ear patients with low-level laser light since 1991 under medical and scientific supervision of the undersigned. The results of the therapy were and still are being continuously documented and analyzed. As observation over healings processes shows, even serious impairments such as the most disturbing cases of ear noise, dysacusia (disturbance of hearing functions), Meniere's Disease (Morbus Meniere) and bradyacusia (dullness of hearing), can be significantly relieved or even cured with the help of modern light technology and current medical treatment. The inner mitocondrial membrane is a huge receptive surface, which is folded to a small volume. All nutritional molecules (fat, proteins and glucose) are oxygenated inside a cell to the lowest molecular component, pyruvate. Then, pyruvate is being imported inside a cell to the cellular power station, where it is split into carbon dioxide and water right beside a receptive surface of mitochondria. Then, the bounded energy in the molecule, which visually corresponds to the wavelength and frequency of ultraviolet and infrared light, is being released and used by mitochondria to produce the cellular fuel, ATP. Receptive area of our cellular power stations is enlarged by soap-like extensions on a mitochondrial membrane. The bounded molecular energy in pyrovate is released in the form of light energy. Antenna-pigments are able to absorb this light energy and transfer it to our cellular power stations, which again can produce the cellular nutrition substance ATP. The natural solar light also stimulates the antenna-pigments to produce ATP. Low-level laser light is a compressed light from red spectrum of visible part of the electro-magnetic radiation (= light.) It cannot easily reach the inner cellular power stations of the deeper cells and is being absorbed by their perceptive surface as an outer source of energy. The cellular power stations produce more ATP next time. The cellular energy is fuel, which is necessary for inner ear’s cells. A sufficiently high level of cellular energy makes cells in the inner ear able to function under optimal circumstances and is an essential condition to provide a successful self-healing process. Laserklinikken Anne Harila began treating this disease in 1998 after having observed resultes of Dr. Lutz Wilden's work. |
